Kaz got it mostly right! Starting 12/1, everyone automatically starts playing Whammagedeon. If you hear Wham!’s Last Christmas, you are out (a la The Game [you lost it]). If you make it through 12/25 without hearing it, you win. I am very interested in hearing a Last Christmas cover by (Mariah) Caleb, so I may intentionally ruin my streak (I’ve survived the last 2 seasons of Whamaggedon) to listen to that treasure of a cover.
